Description
PSL Karting, global leader in go-karts and parts importation/distribution, is actively looking for an administrative assistant for a full-time position.
YOU WOULD LIKE THAT YOUR TYPICAL DAY GOES LIKE THIS:
- Assist the financial controller in his function
- Gather and organize data for daily reports
- Perform accounting tasks such as accounts payables/receivables; payment inscription from customers; calculate employees’ hours for the pay.
- Verify and associate the various credit card accounts
- Direct calls to the right specialist
- Effectuate various data entry as well as administrative follow-ups with the shipping/receiving department
- Produce reports, letters, statements, and other documents
- Realize any other related task to assure the good functioning of operations
YOU FEEL THAT YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING STENGHTS:
- You are studying an accounting or administrative related program
- Motivated person
- Organized and priority oriented
- Dynamic
- Good communicator and team worker
- Sense of responsibilities
- Self-governing and will to learn
- Good written/speaking control of French and English
CONDITIONS OFFERED
- Day shift only, Monday through Friday
- Full-time position, 40h per week
- Salary to be discussed, based on experience and interview (starting at 24$/h)
