Résumé du poste :

Le répartiteur gère l’attribution des bons de travail, optimise les itinéraires et s’assure d’une communication fluide entre les techniciens et les clients.

Responsabilités :

  1. Planification et organisation :
  • Préparation et attribution des bons de travail en fonction des compétences et disponibilités des techniciens.
  • Optimiser les itinéraires pour maximiser l’efficacité.
  1. Suivi des opérations :
  • Assurer le suivi des interventions en temps réel.
  • Ajuster la planification en cas d’imprévus ou d’urgences (appels de service).
  1. Communication :
  • Maintenir une communication claire avec les techniciens.
  • Informer les clients de tout changement ou mise à jour concernant leurs interventions.
  • Maintenir à jour l’information dans nos systèmes pour assurer un accès à tous aux informations importantes.
  • Assistance téléphonique auprès du client (mettre panneau en mode silence, demander ce qui est inscrit sur le PCAI, etc).
