Reporting to the Construction Department, the Superintendent is responsible for the overall supervision of construction site activities, the coordination of subcontractors, and ensuring that schedules are met, in collaboration with the project managers:
- Overall supervision of construction site activities;
- Daily planning and coordination of subcontractors;
- Ensuring construction schedules are met;
- Management of health and safety on the construction site;
- Facilitating site meetings;
- Coordinating with the project manager and other professionals;
- Monitoring the quality of work and resolving on-site issues.
