Deux semaines de vacance pour noël et jour de l'an
La rémunération de vacances sera de 4% du salaire brut gagné durant l’année en cours et le montant sera accumulé en prévision des périodes de vacances de l’employé.
Après cinq (5) ans de service continu, la rémunération de vacances sera de 6%.

Your Role
As a day laborer, you’ll help manufacture high-quality PVC and aluminum doors and windows.
Your daily tasks
- Assemble PVC door and window frames
- Make precise cuts with a mitre saw
- Take measurements and follow production plans
- Handle and prepare materials
- Check product quality
- Work as part of a team to meet goals
What we’re looking for
- Factory experience (a plus, but not required)
- Good manual dexterity
- Precision and attention to detail
- Ability to work standing up and perform physical tasks
- Positive attitude and team spirit
