Job Description

  • Assist in planning, organizing, supervising, and monitoring project activities;
  • Assist in coordinating activities with other departments including engineering, geology, and maintenance;
  • Organize the supervision, training, and performance evaluation of employees;
  • Ensure compliance with official policies, work standards and procedures, laws, and regulations;
  • Ensure that health and safety are always the top priority;
  • Plan, organize, lead, and control planning and information meetings;
  • Monitor project costs to ensure profitability;
  • Know, understand, and promote Procon’s philosophy;
  • Monitor the quality of reports completed by the workforce;
  • Support the development of supervisors by providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship;
  • Perform all other related duties.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in the mining industry;
  • Proficiency with relevant software such as Teams, Adobe, Word, etc.;
  • Strong ability to lead work teams;
  • Be a positive leader with all company employees;
  • Fluent in English.
