WELDER DAY SHIFT
The production team has a place for you!
Schedule from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday for a total of 40 hours per week

THE CHALLENGE
Efficiently assemble ASME tanks using engineering plans and shop drawings

YOUR DAILY

  • Read plans and interpret assembly symbols on shop drawings
  • List the materials needed for assemblies
  • Prepare and position the required parts according to the specifications of the drawings
  • Perform oxygen cutting (cutting required during assembly).

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

  • Vocational training in welding assembly or 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret industrial drawings and welding symbols
  • Mastery of welding techniques (GMAW, FCAW)
  • A suerior sense of observation
  • Good manual dexterity
  • A sense of autonomy, resourcefulness and productivity
  • Respect for OHS techniques
