Assist the civil engineering technologist and the public works engineer with updating various programs relating to the County roads network. The tasks consist of collecting general data (traffic count, condition of road infrastructures, speed cameras), updating the traffic count program on county roads, inspect road signs, technical analysis of the level of service at intersections, assist the civil engineering technologist with the inspection and supervision of construction sites and other work related to civil engineering in the department.

Requested skills

  • Be registered at a college or university in a civil engineering program;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Software;
  • Must enjoy working outdoors with minimal supervision;
  • Experience working with tools such as an electric drill and a hammer;
  • Detain a valid class G2 driver’s license;
  • Able to communicate in French and English (verbally and in writing);
