Regular full-time position (non-unionized)

The incumbent will assist with the processing and follow-up of recruitment files for the Residence, as well as assisting the Health and Safety Program Manager with various files related to health and safety at the Residence. The RPR Liaison Officer will help coordinate all activities, including training for the integration of new employees, students and volunteers. This position assists in the management of technology projects to ensure continuous improvement of operations.

Requested skills

  • Must have a 2-year post-secondary diploma in a field related to administration, human resources, business administration or any other related field;
  • Must have an excellent knowledge of the various occupational health and safety laws and regulations;
  • Must have more than two years' experience in staffing and/or health and safety in an environment with multiple workloads and deadlines;
  • Experience in the health and long-term care environment would be an asset;
  • Thorough knowledge of word processing software (Microsoft Word) and spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel) and general knowledge of presentation software (Microsoft PowerPoint);
  • Experience with Kronos, MX, Surge Learning and Citation software would be an asset;
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English (oral and written);
  • Valid Class G driver's license.
