This position is currently posted internally to CUPE employees for 5 working days until 4:30 p.m. March 4, 2026 as per the CUPE Local 5829 Collective Agreement.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to support administrative operations associated with the Collegiate Program. The position is based out of Altario, Alberta.
The Secretary will provide a wide range of clerical and administrative support, including maintaining student and school records, preparing correspondence and reports, assisting with scheduling and communications, and supporting the day-to-day functioning of the school office. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a busy school environment while maintaining confidentiality.
This is a temporary full time position working 35 hours per week. Employment will begin as soon as possible and will continue for the duration of the project. Continuance beyond the initial term will be dependent upon the availability of future project funding.
