ASSIGNMENT: Administrative and Inclusive Education Lead Teacher responsibilities (approx.0.5 FTE for VP and 0.5FTE for IEL)

Phil & Jennie Gaglardi Academy is seeking a dedicated leader to serve as Vice- Principal/Inclusive Education Lead Teacher beginning in August 2026. The ideal candidate will be a committed follower of Christ, an experienced educator with a strong understanding of inclusive education practices, a dynamic leader, with a graduate degree in Educational Leadership. The Vice-Principal provides a unique leadership service working with the Principal, the school staff, and the community. The position is full-time with the VP and IEL roles sharing approximately 0.5 FTE.

Salary & Compensation
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $105,000 depending on qualifications
- Health Benefits Program: Yes
- RRSP Matching Program: Yes
Qualifications
- Valid & current BC teaching certificate
- A graduate degree in Educational Leadership and/or Curriculum Design
- A minimum of five years of teaching experience
- A proven track record of effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- An understanding of Inclusive Education practices
- An understanding of the financial requirements of an Independent School
- Administrative experience is considered an asset
- Acceptance of the Gaglardi Academy’s Statement of Faith
