Position Summary
The Contractor Advisor provides customer service to contractors and self-builders in the commercial or industrial sectors. They complete quote forms, manage commercial accounts, ensure department restocking, handle emails, and follow up on orders and deliveries. They maintain a personalized relationship between the company and its clients and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and procedures.

Knowledge and Required Training
- Experience in construction projects
- Knowledge of the renovation sector
- Ability to use computer systems
- Good command of spoken French

Working Conditions

- Ability to lift loads between 50 and 75 pounds
- Daytime schedule from Monday to Friday (depending on store needs)
