Junior IT/Help Desk Technician
Description :
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots technical issues in Windows server environment.
- Walks end users through retail softwares (Register, Administration) process.
- Excellent knowledge of Office applicaiton.
- Manages Windows, Active Directory/server backups and restore.
- Problem solving.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual – French, English
- College degree in computer sciences
- Good communication skills and organization.
- Managing AS400, an asset.
Full time, 35 hours per week.
Monday to Friday
