Responsibilities and Duties: The Office Administrator:
- provides secretarial and administrative services for the Principal and staff;
- acts as a receptionist;
- maintains office records;
- orders school supplies;
- provides basic medical attention;
- and performs other duties, as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Secondary School Diploma;
- one year of Community College in a related field;
- three years of related experience;
- proficiency in word processing;
- excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
- tact, diplomacy and discretion;
- ability to work independently.
- Casual Office Administrators/Administrative Assistants must be available to work on call during regular school hours at various school locations.
Salary: These are casual positions with an hourly wage range starting at $27.75 plus 4% in lieu of vacation pay.
