SUMMARY

We are looking for a Marketing Supervisor. Please note that this is a 12 month contract. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, the person holding the position will supervise and coordinate all facets of marketing operations, while working closely with other marketing managers to implement streamlined strategies and achieve marketing objectives. the team. The individual will act as a bridge between strategic objectives and operational execution, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned and optimized, data-driven and aligned with global business objectives.

YOUR TASKS

  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to marketing operations staff, ensuring they have the resources and direction needed to succeed.
  • Marketing strategy: Develop strategies for each product line, special projects and tactics to adapt to changing market conditions and align the manager team.
  • KPIs Monitoring & Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Technology Management: Oversee marketing technology platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics software.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of marketing budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and business development, customer care and support, product and engineering, to ensure alignment and coordination of marketing efforts.
  • Reporting and Presentation: Prepare regular reports on marketing performance for the revenue team and leadership.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure marketing materials and activities are performing well, challenge team members to improve individual performance.
  • Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing operations.
  • Process Improvement: Develop, refine, and optimize marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

PROFESIONNAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College degree related to marketing or pertinent experience
  • Experience + 3 years in related position

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge of CRM capabilities and usage
  • Experience in B2B marketing and lead management
  • Employee management experience
