What Does Your Role Involve?
- Balance and control hotel revenues and prepare daily reports
- Warmly welcome guests and anticipate their needs
- Manage arrivals, departures, reservations, modifications, and cancellations
- Assign rooms, issue keys, and provide guests with information about the hotel
- Process monetary transactions and guest billing
- Identify special requests and verify the accuracy of reports
- Handle complaints and make appropriate decisions
- Apply Marriott brand policies and standards
- Collaborate with all departments to build guest loyalty
- Inform guests about local attractions and services in the area
- Perform any other related duties
Requirements
- DEP or DEC in Hospitality or Hotel Management
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position or in high-volume customer service
- Fully bilingual (French and English, both spoken and written) — required due to regular interactions with an international clientele.
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word)
- Accounting knowledge is an asset
- First Aid certification is an asset
- Knowledge of POSITOUCH and LightSpeed is an asset
- Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays
