What does your role involve?
You ensure the proper functioning of the building and its equipment, responding quickly to technical requests and emergencies. You maintain a reliable and proactive presence, contribute to the hotel's preventive maintenance, and work on essential systems such as refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating to guarantee a safe and high-performing environment.
Required qualifications
- Solid basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electricity, and other general maintenance-related fields
- Good skills in construction trades
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Initiative, autonomy, and versatility
- Availability for flexible schedules, including weekends (mandatory)
- Good presentation, enthusiasm, and interpersonal skills
