Northern Lights Public Schools invites applications for the following position:
S2526-02 Preschool Instructor - North Star Elementary Preschool
We are seeking a full-time temporary (1.0 FTE) Preschool Instructor commencing with the start of the 2025-2026 school year. The assignment includes instructing preschool aged children, Monday to Friday, 7 hours a day. Our preschool program offers learning and growth through play opportunities involving music, arts and crafts, physical activity and more.
Preference will be given to applicants who have:
- Level 2 or 3 Early Child Care Certificate
- First Aid Certification
- Knowledge and experience working with expressive and receptive language development skills
- Knowledge of reporting protocols
- Desire to work collaboratively as a member of a professional learning community
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
