Northern Lights Public Schools invites applications for the following position:
OSC2526-03 Out of School Care Workers - Vera M. Welsh School
These are flexible casual positions and involve working before and/or after school shifts Monday to Friday. The assignments include the planning and implementation of activities for school aged children in a constructive and caring environment. Training is available towards certification.
Preference will be given to applicants who have:
- Early Learning and Child Care Certification - Minimum Level 1 Child Development Assistant (training available)
- First Aid Certification
- Experience/training in childcare and related fields
- A sincere desire to work with preschool and elementary age children
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
