The team works at the intersection of engineering and operations, ensuring that processes are robust, tools are reliable, and decisions are grounded in clear operational data.
Data Integrator will play a central role in bringing order and clarity to our data landscape. This person will enable the data access from various source into a single place of analysis and as well the development of reliable industrial dashboards. Working in close collaboration with all technical team leaders, the candidate will :
- Design and operate a data access model
- Build and maintain connectors/pipelines to consolidate data from multiple platforms (e.g., MES/ERP/PLM, lab systems, ticketing, spreadsheets, databases, cloud storage)
- Develop and maintain industrial dashboards (production / yield / quality / procurement / inventory / tool uptime) with clear definitions and traceable metrics
- Support security and compliance needs (vendor assessments for data tools, audit readiness, risk reviews, cybersecurity event response procedure) as applicable
- Create lightweight training and enablement (how-to guides, governance playbooks, onboarding for dashboard users and data owners).
Education and experience requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in data governance, data engineering, analytics engineering, data platform engineering, and/or security governance in an operational environment
- Experience integrating manufacturing/industrial systems (MES/PLM/ERP) and operational reporting, an asset
- Experience supporting security/compliance programs (SOC2 Type 2, ISO2700-1), an asset.
Sought expertise and knowledge:
- Ability to define controls and coordinate implementation with IT
- Building/operating integrations and pipelines across heterogeneous systems (structured + semi structured sources)
- Data quality monitoring and operationalization (checks, monitoring, issue workflows)
- Power BI (preferred) and/or comparable BI tools; dashboard design for operations (drill-down, consistency, governance); scientific visualisation software (e.g. JMP)
- Advanced level in English, to communicate with international team members
- Intermediate knowledge of French, an asset
Sought profile:
- Pragmatism and good judgment (security vs. usability trade-offs)
- Ownership mindset and ability to drive adoption
- Clear documentation and communication
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and proposing workable target architectures
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and aligning execution with evolving priorities
- Diplomatic approach to working with external partners
- Highly organized, meticulous and efficient with a process-orientated mindset
- Commitment to advancing quantum computing and building meaningful technology
