Your role
As a Consultant, you will be a key player in the design and execution of high value-added mandates. You will work on a variety of issues (operations, security, digital transformation, organizational performance) with players in the aeronautics and air transport industry. You will bring structured analytical thinking, a collaborative approach and a solution-oriented perspective.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex data and identify operational, organizational or strategic optimization levers;
- Design and recommend concrete solutions adapted to the clients' realities;
- Write and present quality professional deliverables (analyses, recommendations, action plans, dashboards);
- Participate in the planning, execution and follow-up of team consulting projects;
- Support business development (sector monitoring, proposal writing, participation in client meetings);
- Maintain a constant watch on technological innovations and trends in aviation.
Desired profile
We are looking for a rigorous, versatile consultant who is passionate about aviation.
Formation:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Industrial Relations or related field.
Experiment:
- 1 to 3 years in consulting, project management, strategic analysis or related sector;
- Experience in the airline industry is a strong asset.
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI;
- Knowledge of project management tools (an asset).
Personal skills:
- Strong analytical skills, sense of synthesis, intellectual rigor;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Fluency in English (oral and written) to meet the needs of English-speaking clients;
- Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, ability to evolve in ambiguity and to manage several projects at the same time.
Other requirements:
- Availability to travel as required by mandates.
