Nolinor is looking for a Flight Attendant Supervisor. This role is for someone who knows our operations, understands the realities of the field, and is ready to step into a concrete leadership role. The length of the commitment is open to discussion — permanent position or fixed-term mandate — depending on the successful candidate’s profile and aspirations.
This is not an administrative role. It is a role built on presence, influence, and mobilization. The successful candidate will be the link between management and the cabin crew team: explaining, uniting, and acting.
Responsibilities
- Mobilize and unite the team: build a climate of trust and belonging within the cabin crew team. Ensure every member feels heard, valued, and informed. Put team spirit back at the centre.
- Be present in the field: connect with the teams, understand their operational challenges, and step in at the right moment. This role is lived on the floor, not behind a screen.
- Bridge management and the field: communicate decisions clearly and with context. Explain the reasoning behind things, demystify, and maintain an open dialogue between both levels of the organization.
- Take initiative and structure your actions: identify challenges, build an action plan, prioritize, and get things moving. We expect someone who figures out what needs to be done and drives it forward.
- Support cabin crew management: in support of the Assistant Cabin Director: performance monitoring, evaluations, onboarding of new crew members, and compliance with operational and safety procedures.
Required skills
- Leadership : influence and guide the team through example and credibility.
- Mobilization : foster collective engagement and a sense of belonging.
- Interpersonal communication : adapt your message, speak clearly, and maintain open dialogue.
- Initiative : identify challenges, propose concrete solutions, and take action.
- Relationship management : build lasting trust, navigate team dynamics, and de-escalate tensions.
Requirements
Flight attendant certification is not required. What matters most is knowledge of Nolinor’s operations, a strong sense of leadership, and the ability to act.
- Knowledge of Nolinor’s operations or a similar operational environment;
- Leadership through influence: ability to mobilize, unite, and set clear expectations;
- Initiative and organizational skills in a fast-moving environment;
- Clear and direct communication, including in sensitive conversations;
- Rigour, sound judgment, and a sense of accountability;
- Genuine alignment with Nolinor’s values: safety, teamwork, adaptability, and finding solutions;
- Be bilingual (French and English) to effectively communicate with employees across the various bases.
