Nolinor is looking for an Accounts payable clerk to join our Accounting department.

Responsibilities :

  • Verification, coding, entry and payment of invoices;
  • Reconciliation of purchase orders with invoices;
  • Verification of suppliers account statements;
  • Production of administrative documents;
  • Maintain filing systems and archive documents;
  • Accounting for credit cards and expense accounts;
  • Perform any other related duties.

Qualifications:

  • Technical training in accounting or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience;
  • Knowledge of the software Avantage (or similar software);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel;
  • French, spoken and written;
  • Good knowledge of English, both orally and in writing, in order to be able to communicate with clients;
  • Versatile, methodical and attention to detail;
  • Honesty, discretion and respect of confidentiality rules.
