Description
Nolinor is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our Finance Department.
Responsibilities
- Verify, code, enter, and process invoice payments;
- Reconcile purchase orders with invoices;
- Handle invoicing and record received payments, as needed;
- Follow up on accounts receivable, as needed;
- Produce various administrative documents;
- Participate in the month-end closing process;
- Maintain filing systems and archive documents;
- Perform any other related duties.
Qualifications
- Technical diploma in accounting or equivalent;
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience;
- Knowledge of the full accounting cycle (an asset);
- Proficiency in Avantage or similar accounting software (an asset);
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel;
- Fluent in French (spoken and written).
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) for system use and client communications.
- Versatile, methodical, and detail-oriented;
- Honest, discreet, and respectful of confidentiality rules.
