Accounting Clerk

Nolinor is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our Finance Department.

Responsibilities

• Verify, code, enter, and process invoice payments;
• Reconcile purchase orders with invoices;
• Handle invoicing and record received payments, as needed;
• Follow up on accounts receivable, as needed;
• Produce various administrative documents;
• Participate in the month-end closing process;
• Maintain filing systems and archive documents;
• Perform any other related duties.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma in accounting or equivalent;
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience;
• Knowledge of the full accounting cycle (an asset);
• Proficiency in Avantage or similar accounting software (an asset);
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel;
• Fluent in French (spoken and written).
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) for system use and client communications.
• Versatile, methodical, and detail-oriented;
• Honest, discreet, and respectful of confidentiality rules.
