Here are the CHALLENGES Navada offers you:

Lead and supervise a team of workers to ensure the application of Navada’s methods, quality standards, and compliance with schedules.

Develop work plans in collaboration with project managers, organize schedules, assign tasks, and plan for labor, materials, and equipment needs.

Provide technical guidance to the team on site, support complex task execution, and act as a key resource.

Train new staff on safe work methods upon arrival and identify training needs to support skills development.

Maintain effective communication with teams and stakeholders, coordinate tasks with other trades, and hold regular project and safety meetings.

Actively participate in project kickoff meetings and ensure efficient daily management in collaboration with project leads.

Promote and enforce health and safety standards on site, lead safety meetings, and communicate best practices.

Rigorously document site activities: inspections, incident reports, investigations, analyses, and other health and safety or project-related documentation.

Monitor key project milestones, identify potential delays or obstacles, and propose practical solutions to keep things on track.

Contribute to project closeout by submitting required documentation, taking part in performance evaluations, and recommending improvements.
You’re the ideal candidate if you have:

A valid CCQ competency card
-
At least 4 years of experience as a journeyperson

A valid driver’s license

A positive, professional attitude

A strong team spirit and sense of collaboration
