Here's what Navada offers you as a CHALLENGE:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees

  • Maintain compliance and accuracy of employee files

  • Manage the HR inbox and support daily administrative operations

  • Administer CNESST files

  • Update client qualification platforms and provide HR/OHS documents to the sales teams

  • Monitor competency cards and company certifications

  • Plan and organize internal and external training sessions

  • Compile training hours related to the 1% Training Law

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of HR tools

Your profile:

  • DEP or AEC in Administration or Human Resources

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple files using a structured work method

  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French

  • Functional English (asset)
