The Navadian CHALLENGE:
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions
- Maintain data security, integrity, and quality in Salesforce
- Ensure the platform’s daily availability and performance
- Provide user support, resolve incidents, and document solutions
- Train teams on features and best practices
- Configure and customize the platform (objects, fields, workflows, automations)
- Design reports and dashboards tailored to business needs
- Participate in Salesforce enhancement and integration projects with other tools

You profile:
- College or university degree in computer science, information technology, or business administration
- Salesforce and/or Rootstock certification
- Proven rigor, analytical mindset, and strong customer service orientation
