The Navadian CHALLENGE:
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions
  • Maintain data security, integrity, and quality in Salesforce
  • Ensure the platform’s daily availability and performance
  • Provide user support, resolve incidents, and document solutions
  • Train teams on features and best practices
  • Configure and customize the platform (objects, fields, workflows, automations)
  • Design reports and dashboards tailored to business needs
  • Participate in Salesforce enhancement and integration projects with other tools

You profile:
  • College or university degree in computer science, information technology, or business administration
  • Salesforce and/or Rootstock certification
  • Proven rigor, analytical mindset, and strong customer service orientation
