Your Role:
- Assist the Private Wealth Advisor in all administrative tasks related to managing client accounts.
- Provide superior customer service, prepare client meetings, and act as a resource person for questions related to products, procedures, and policies.
- Open and maintain client files in compliance with deadlines.
- Coordinate administrative tasks with various operational services to efficiently complete required activities.
- Perform diverse administrative tasks related to financial transactions.
- Prepare documents required for client meetings.
- Prepare tables, memos, letters, and various documents.
- Act as a resource person for clients.
- Keep operational and regulatory knowledge up to date.
- Ensure compliance with rules and risk management.
Your Team: To properly serve this distinctive clientele in a high-potential market, you are part of a passionate, committed, and dedicated team. You work closely with sector members and report to the Investment Customer Services Manager, Private Wealth Management 1859.

Prerequisites:
- Completed college diploma and two years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
- Studies in administration or office management preferred.
- Customer service experience.
- Investment Representative license with CIRO.
- Knowledge of Word and Excel software.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Ability and interest in working as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
