In this role, you will help wealth advisors to stand out by offering exceptional customer service that will have a positive, long-term impact on our clients.
Your job:
- Provide administrative support to the team to deliver superior customer service in person, on the phone, and by email
- Coordinate the schedules of wealth management advisors
- Support during client events
- Organize the delivery of client gifts ( Christmas, live events, etc.)
- Help develop and keep marketing materials up to date
- Manage the team's brand image
- Ensure compliance with rules and risk management
Your team:
National Bank Financial - Wealth Management is the fifth largest investment brokerage firm in Canada. We have close to 1,000 investment advisors who manage the assets of more than 400,000 clients in about 100 branches. Reporting to the regional manager, you will team up with a wealth advisor to offer an exceptional client experience. Collaboration and partnership will be key to your success.

Prerequisites:
- Completed college diploma in a field related to the sector of activity
- At least one year of experience in an administrative role
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and ease with technological tools
- Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
