A career as a Treasury Manager on the Treasury Management team at National Bank means acting as a trusted treasury advisor and product specialist for Commercial Banking clients in the Prairies.
Leveraging your business development expertise, strong client focus, and deep understanding of the Commercial Banking landscape, you will play a key role in enhancing the client experience, driving profitability, and contributing to the growth of our presence in Calgary and Edmonton.
Your role:
- Deliver a high level of service and advisory support to a diverse portfolio of commercial clients
- Drive revenue growth and achieve client acquisition objectives
- Structure, negotiate, and review pricing agreements aligned with client needs and profitability targets
- Help optimize processes and ensure an efficient, disciplined approach to portfolio management
- Contribute to the growth and retention of strategic client relationships
- Identify and act on business development opportunities across the Prairie market
- Collaborate closely with internal partners to deliver integrated solutions and achieve the Bank’s financial objectives

You’ll join a dynamic Treasury Management team supporting Commercial Banking clients across the Prairies and report to the Regional Head of Treasury Management. Our team is recognized for its strong expertise in cash management solutions, in-depth market knowledge, and a highly collaborative, client-centric approach.

Prerequisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related business field
- Experience in customer service, with exposure to treasury or cash management products
- CTP designation (or in progress), considered an asset
- Ability to assess the impact of interest rate changes on client or portfolio profitability
- Understanding of deposit dynamics within the banking environment
