Description
As a Technical Advisor in the Financial Markets Business Strategy group at National Bank, you will play a key role in the employee management cycle for the Financial Markets sector. Responsible for providing administrative support to the sector, you will participate in the end-to-end process of updating personnel records. You will also help optimize workflow efficiency and ensure the smooth execution of employee onboarding processes.
Your Job
- Build strong relationships with partners in the Financial Markets sector, as well as with various departments across National Bank
- Support business partners by providing administrative support in updating personnel records
- Ensure personnel records are updated in the internal system including hirings, departures, transfers and promotions
- Contribute to drafting offer letters
- Document and optimize processes

Prerequisites:
- Professional College Diploma (DEC) and at least 4 years of experience OR a bachelor’s degree and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in an administrative or similar role, preferably within a Human Resources or Recruitment team
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to work well under pressure and deal with tight timelines
- Knowledge of Capital Markets is considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Ability to adapt quickly and client-focused
- Analytical skills and agility
- Bilingualism required
