Your job
- Mentor and motivate a team of transfer specialists to foster collaboration and high performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transfers in and out by coordinating with financial institutions and internal teams.
- Act as the primary contact for escalations and deliver timely, professional resolutions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support the Senior Director on strategic initiatives and projects.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and coaching to strengthen expertise within the team.

We provide trading and custodial services to Portfolio Managers and act as a Carrying Broker for CIRO-registered Introducing Brokers nationwide.

Prerequisites
- University degree and three to five years of experience in brokerage operations or client service
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) is an asset
- Strong knowledge of investments, account types, and regulatory requirements
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading teams is an asset
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office and adaptability to digital tools and automation solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- French language is an asset
