A career as a Senior Trading Support Analyst in the Capital Markets Operations team at National Bank means acting as an over-the-counter (OTC) operations specialist. Your role
- Support traders and sales teams for OTC derivative products
- Ensure accurate representation of OTC transactions in various operational systems
- Contribute to the integration of new products, regulatory requirements, and technologies into operations
- Coordinate, validate, and secure transaction settlements in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Contribute to analysis, testing, and implementation activities related to operational projects
- Develop, produce, and enhance reports and procedures to optimize existing processes

Prerequisites
- College diploma (DEC) with 6 to 7 years of experience OR bachelor’s degree with 3 to 4 years of experience OR any equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in capital markets operations
- Knowledge of specialized systems (Murex, Swift, ISM, Bloomberg, or Reuters)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, automation)
- Knowledge of derivative products and/or securities lending
- Experience managing and resolving complex financial transactions
