You play a key role in creating authentic connections between talent and our business opportunities. We are therefore looking for a passionate partner to enrich our team. 


Your role 

  • Identify and source relevant profiles via various channels and events 
  • Manage and nurture critical talent pools 
  • Approach the targeted candidates directly 
  • Organise and manage nurturing campaigns in the assigned pool and their performance 
  • Actively monitor market trends for the assigned talent pool 
  • Share market feedback (salary, candidate expectations, benchmarks, etc.) 
  • Participate in key steps in the recruitment process 
  • Work closely with several stakeholders based on strategies (recruiters, managers, attraction, etc.) 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing practises and the evolution of our employer brand (Ambassador and influence on LinkedIn)

Prerequisites 

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sourcing / Headhunting 
  • Advisory experience with internal partners, ideally in a large company context 
  • Comfortable with search tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, TTY, job boards, CRM, etc.) 
  • Knowledge of sourcing-related KPIs (response rate, conversion rate, etc.) 
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and collaborate effectively with managers 
  • Solid understanding of organisational issues to help identify talent needs 
  • Ability to quickly identify the desired profiles and requirements for different roles 
  • Perseverance and rigour in searching for profiles in demand 
  • Agility in the face of changes in the market and digital tools
