A career as a Senior Project Manager for Telecom initiatives within the Project Management and Delivery Practices team of I&O-VMO at National Bank means acting as an orchestrator to deliver our technology projects and bring value. Your Role
• Ensure the management and implementation of large-scale technology projects, characterized by high complexity and strategic impact, with a cross-functional scope that directly contributes to technological strategy and overall security, while fostering a motivating environment.
• Anticipate impacts on cybersecurity, compliance, and service continuity; optimize resource utilization; diagnose and resolve complex issues; proactively manage operational and financial risks and challenges.
• Produce progress reports, adapt communication to the audience, ensure alignment between IT and Business teams, and maintain a cross-functional vision that promotes organizational coherence.
• Be a transformation agent, promote organizational values, and ensure constant communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Influence and exercise governance with senior management, negotiate with strategic suppliers, influence technological directions, and initiate long-term standards and policies that optimize organizational efficiency.

Prerequisites
• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 7 years as a manager of large-scale projects in a major company
• Experience in workshop facilitation, coaching, Agile/Safe mode
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Demonstrated leadership in complex and cross-functional contexts
• Ability to support a technical team in developing their practices and achieving a high level of organizational performance
Required Skills and Certifications
• Required or strongly desired:
o PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
o Cloud certification (AWS or Azure) or certification in progress
Demonstrated Knowledge
• Network protocols and technologies: TCP/IP, MPLS, VLAN, VPN (IPSec, SSL), SD-WAN
• Network infrastructure: LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, routers, switches
• Cybersecurity: network segmentation, IDS/IPS, cryptography, vulnerability management
• Standards and frameworks: ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, CIS Controls
