As a senior clerk on the National Bank Operations team, your ability to work in synergy with a variety of partners will be a key asset. You will use your excellent customer service skills and proactivity to handle administrative needs and respond to requests from collaborators and partners.
Your role:
- Take charge of file processing and administrative follow-up
- Scan documents
- Sort and analyze mail
- Work with others to resolve operational problems that have been identified
- Actively participate in your own development and that of your peers
Your team:
You will work in the Épargne Placements Québec administration sector, which carries out administrative tasks for Épargne Placements Québec, the entity responsible for managing transactions related to savings products issued by the Government of Quebec. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and includes remote work, based on operational needs. This position reports to the Administration Manager. You’ll collaborate with the members of your team on a daily basis to handle the sector’s activities. We know we can count on our colleagues to share knowledge and help one another.

Required skills:
- High school diploma
- Aptitude for administrative work
- Ability to provide quick and efficient customer service
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools
- Ability to communicate effectively in French
