Your role
- Lead and develop a team of analysts by ensuring consistency of practices, strong engagement, and continuous skill development.
- Ensure smooth and consistent execution of revenue operations in close collaboration with teams responsible for interest operations and related activities.
- Drive transformation initiatives aimed at simplifying, automating, and continuously improving operational processes.
- Oversee the implementation of new products or projects, ensuring strong controls, effective risk management, and reduced manual exceptions.
- Establish and enhance performance indicators (KPIs), governance mechanisms, and operational controls required to support a dynamic, high‑volume environment.
- Represent your sector in cross‑functional initiatives related to financial markets and wealth management, collaborating with multiple internal partners such as Front Office, Compliance, Finance, and year‑end tax teams.

Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field, along with 3 to 5 years of experience leading a team.
- Relevant experience in financial markets and/or wealth management.
- Exposure to revenue‑related activities such as dividends, interest, or similar financial products.
- Strong understanding of risk management practices and regulated operations in a high‑volume environment.
- Demonstrated experience in process optimization and continuous improvement.
