A career as a Senior Manager in the wealth Management Operations team at National Bank It means acting as a leader in accelerating the sector's performance and transformation by being a strategic growth driver for wealth management while delivering high, efficient and secure operational performance.

Your mission is to transform operational complexity into a competitive advantage by aligning capabilities, processes and technologies to support business growth while protecting the Bank and improving the experience for clients and partners.

You have a strategic role with an organisational, decision-making and influential reach across the wealth Management sector, particularly the partners of National Bank Financial, Private Banking and Direct Brokerage.

Scope: Direct management of 4 senior leaders and 2 experts with a total of 100 employees.

Your job

  • Define and execute major operational and transformational orientations in a highly complex, regulated and cross-sector environment, while ensuring a high level of quality, risk control and value creation for business lines
  • Strategic leadership and business alignment, actively contribute to defining strategic orientations for wealth Management Operations in line with it, Capital Markets and wealth Management. Translate business priorities into a robust, scalable and high-performing operational model
  • Serve as a strategic partner for leaders in wealth Management and corporate functions
  • Optimize processes to support growth, product complexity and changing needs
  • Carry out large-scale transformation mandates (processes, technologies, automation, data, AI) that have a direct impact. Promote innovation while maintaining control discipline
  • Proactively manage operational, regulatory and reputational risks related to investment activities

You are part of a team of more than 600 employees and colleagues in the wealth Management Operations sector and will report to the Vice-President, wealth Management Operations. Prerequisites

  • 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, including managing senior professionals and carrying out complex organisational transformations
  • Proven experience in managing operational teams, focused on engagement, talent development and performance
  • Solid knowledge of wealth management and/or the investment industry with an understanding of trends and evolving issues
  • Strategic and influential leadership, supported by solid executive judgement and the ability to rally high-level stakeholders
  • Recognized leadership in transformation, innovation and change management in complex and evolving contexts
  • Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into clear, executable orientations for it teams, promoting concrete and effective implementation
  • Proactive approach, focused on results and creating value, with a strong sense of responsibility
