Description
As an IT Senior Director - Strategic Planning, Analysis & Delivery Roadmaps at TIOPS - Wealth Management, you will play a key role in building , prioritizing and orchestrating the roadmap of initiatives, projects and features necessary for the evolution of our technology ecosystem. You will supervise business analysts as well as cross-functional capabilities, and you will be responsible for ensuring that work is explored, framed, prepared and aligned before it is delivered.

Your job
Build and maintain the delivery roadmap
- Co-create with business lines and product teams a clear, realistic and value-oriented roadmap, prior to IT capacity planning.
- Structure initiatives taking into account dependencies, constraints, risks and available capacities.
- Ensure a coherent and integrated vision in 1-3 years, while regularly reviewing priorities according to the business context.
- Manage the preliminary exploration (problem, context, opportunity, expected benefits).
- Ensure that each initiative or feature is sufficiently refined before being integrated into a delivery cycle: business objectives, scope, key requirements, risks, interdependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (architecture, security, data, operations) to validate feasibility and essential requirements.
- Supervise a team of business analysts responsible for refining, documenting requirements and preparing delivery files.
- Promote the quality of analysis deliverables: clarity, consistency, traceability, rigor.
- Train and coach analysts in their interactions with product teams, business partners, and technical teams.
- Work closely with business leaders to align the roadmap with strategic priorities.
- Actively participate in sectoral and cross-cutting prioritization committees.
- Provide proactive visibility into readiness, delivery issues, required trade-offs, and IT capacity.
- Collaborate with product managers, agile delivery teams, and portfolio managers to ensure a continuous, delivery-ready flow.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of progress, while ensuring teams have the necessary requirements, decisions, clarifications, and alignments to execute effectively.
- Track the impacts of deliveries on processes, customers, applications, and architecture.

Prerequisites
- Significant experience in planning and orchestrating IT portfolios or roadmaps.
- Recognized leadership with multidisciplinary teams, including business analysts and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in an environment requiring constant trade-offs, prioritization and dependency management.
- Strong ability to simplify complex issues to IT teams and business partners.
- Experience in project/program management, or product management, an asset.
- Knowledge of wealth management, an important advantage.
