As part of the remote advisory team, you'll have the opportunity to work in both mutual funds and securities to broaden the investment offering available to our customers.
Your role :
- Demonstrate the value of advice to your clients by applying a defined model and advisory approach (investment, financing and protection)
- Build retirement plans, financial plans and retirement withdrawal plans to support clients during the key moments of their financial lives
- Work with a multidisciplinary team (mutual funds and securities) to offer clients an outstanding investment experience and take charge of their financial needs
- Manage long-term relationships with your clients (acquisition, retention) and be diligent in monitoring their accounts
- Promote the service offering associated with this business model to enhance client engagement
- As needed, direct clients to the appropriate expert (insurance specialists, financing experts, the full-service advisor (IIROC), people in the commercial banking sector, etc.)
- Adhere to compliance and risk management rules
- Maintain appropriate communication to satisfy clients according to established standards
Your team :
As part of the Remote Consulting team, you'll be part of a large team of 30 advisors grouped into small multidisciplinary teams, to better serve the customers in your portfolio.

Prerequisites :
- Bachelor's degree in administration, finance or related field
- 3-5 years' experience in an advanced advisory role in investment, financing and protection
- Current Mutual Funds Representative (MFR) license
- Experience in business development
- Ability to develop long-term relationships with customers
- Team player with excellent communication skills
