Your job
- Take ownership of the data dimensions of solutions, including flows, authoritative sources, analysis and profiling, integration, modelling, optimization, management and data exposure.
- Determine the most appropriate data integration and exposure approaches for the investment domain, considering context-specific needs and the long-term sustainability of the solution.
- Contribute to the governance of data-related processes, particularly in relation to data quality.
- Align solutions with functional and non-functional requirements, including data volumes, refresh frequency and long-term data growth.
- Ensure that data solutions comply with the organization’s data integration patterns.
- Document data solutions and maintain related artifacts, such as flows, data models, message models and value domains. Also contribute to data innovation.
- Integrate opportunities offered by artificial intelligence, including generative AI, into the design of data architectures to improve data exploitation, value creation and automation.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to guide the secure and responsible use of AI in data solutions, particularly with respect to governance, quality, traceability and data protection.
- Assess AI use cases applied to data, such as augmented search, classification, enrichment, automated analysis and decision support, based on business value and technological feasibility.
- Support delivery teams in the design and production of physical data structures.

Within Wealth Management, you will be part of a large team of 30 colleagues and will report to the Senior Manager, Solution and Data Architecture. Prerequisites
- Profile primarily focused on data architecture, with complementary expertise in solution architecture, in order to design coherent, integrated solutions aligned with the overall systems architecture.
- Strong experience in conceptual, logical and physical data modelling in transactional and informational contexts.
- Solid knowledge and experience in artificial intelligence applied to systems architecture, including generative AI, language models, augmented search, vectorization, vector databases, as well as the assessment of AI-related risks and appropriate mitigation mechanisms.
- Good understanding of reference data, master data, authoritative sources, DDD, data governance, enterprise data catalogues, data security and access management concepts.
- Proficiency in data integration and exploitation approaches, including APIs, streaming, ETL processes, business intelligence, analytics, data warehouses and data virtualization, with an excellent ability to analyze flows and impacts across systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field combined with 8 years of relevant experience; data management certifications, such as Data Management Professional, are considered an asset, as are knowledge of the investment domain and experience with agile methodologies.
- Strong ability to synthesize, analyze and explain complex topics in simple terms; ability to facilitate effective workshops and meetings, work collaboratively and under pressure, and demonstrate authenticity and servant leadership.
