Description
A career as a Senior Clerk at National Bank, your ability to work in synergy with clients and partners will be a key asset. You will use your excellent customer service skills and proactivity to handle administrative needs and respond to requests from clients and partners.
Your job:
- Perform various administrative tasks according to established policies, standards and procedures.
- Respond to requests from clients or partners involved in files by offering professional service.
- Verify and analyze the accuracy of data and operations.
- Ensure management and administrative follow-up of files.
- Produce various reports and statistics required by your partners and ensure data integrity.
- Help your manager coordinate and distribute work.
- Make the necessary corrections to methods and procedures and carry out high-quality work.

Prerequisites:
- High school diploma and 3½ years of relevant experience or college diploma and 1½ years of relevant experience
- Organizational and priority management skills
