As a senior clerk in the mortgage discursement team at National Bank. With your your experience with mortgage products that you have a positive impact on the customer experience.  

Your role

  • Achieve productivity and quality targets of 90%
  • Achieve the objectives of the requested sector
  • Ensure quality work on client files
  • Identify issues and raise them.
  • Participate in improving the process.
  • Be 100% presentiel (every day)

Your team: 

As part of the mortgage disbursment sector, you’ll be on a team of 14 of colleagues and you’ll report to the Nadine Aubut the section director. Our team stands out for its expertise in mortgage disbursements, its client/employee experience service, the atmosphere of pleasure, the collaboration.

We offer a wide range of ongoing learning opportunities for your development, including hands-on learning, training courses and collaborating with colleagues who have varied expertise and profiles.

Prerequisites:

  • Level of academic experience required : secondary V and/or college diploma
  • Experience in mortgage product 
  • Be proficient of application TBT and RTE WEB 
  • Knowledge of application passticket 
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel
