A career as a Senior Clerk in the Operations sector at National Bank means working in an environment that allows you to surpass yourself. It is through your rigour, your priority management and your complicity that you have a positive impact on the customer experience.

Your job:

• Respond to customer calls

• Answering questions related to consumer goods financing

• Listen to customer needs and offer customized solutions

• Properly use the complex equipment and software required for your work

• Propose suggestions and ideas for optimization for the continuous improvement of our operations.

Your team:

Operations are at the heart of delivering products and services to customers. Transformation, digitalization, digitalization: The changes we aspire to are becoming more and more concrete every day thanks to the expertise of our banking professionals, who allow us to offer our clients a distinctive offer.

Our customer contact center is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Your hours vary.

Your start consists of a full-time training course lasting 3 to 4 weeks. The training program is based on learning in action on telephone lines and is accompanied by a trainer.

Prerequisite:

• High School Diploma

• Experience in customer service

• Ability to proactively build relationships and strong ability to build strong customer relationships
