Your job
- Reconcile cash flows and transactions between internal systems and external platforms
- Ensure the accuracy of financial data sent to the various levels of government (federal, provincial, NR) and external partners
- Identify, analyse and resolve reconciliation discrepancies in collaboration with the teams concerned (Accounting, it, Operations)
- Documenting reconciliation processes and recommending improvements to optimise the effectiveness and reliability of controls
- Help implement or upgrade automated reconciliation tools
- Produce follow-up and compliance reports for internal and regulatory reporting purposes
- Perform advanced analyses and controls to ensure data integrity, validate the reliability of systems and compliance with reports
- Diagnose complex problem situations, intervene by proposing strategies and ensuring that permanent corrective measures are put in place in order to ensure continuous improvement
- Work with various it sectors for different applications (OSS T80, JAVA-DI, PCIs/CMOD, etc.) during the year-end process
- Initiate the actions to take and intervene with it partners and external service providers (Broadridge, DCM, SIS) to ensure that the production of slips by the various business lines is high-quality, compliant and on time
- Intervene and monitor the resolution of incidents affecting tax slip platforms

Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of relevant experience OR master’s degree in a related field and three years of relevant experience or any other combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
- Reconciliation experience
- Critical thinking focused on problem solving and focused on improving, standardising and optimising processes
- Solid knowledge of tax slips and investment products
- Excellent time and priority management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good stakeholder management
- Leadership and influence
- Proficiency in OSS T80, AS400, Rbroker, GBFonds, etc.
- Excellent ability to use collaborative tools such as PowerBI, SharePoint, PowerApps, etc.
