Your role
- Understand regulatory requirements related to tax slips
- Perform advanced analyses and controls to ensure data integrity, validate system reliability, and ensure compliance of filings
- Process tax remittances and handle reconciliation discrepancies
- Identify and effectively resolve various operational, regulatory, or technical issues in collaboration with other departments and tax authorities
- Provide advanced support to partners by responding accurately to their requests
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvement opportunities
Your team
As part of the Canadian Tax Slips Management team, you join a dynamic group of 14 colleagues. You work closely with various internal and external partners and report to the Senior Director of the department.

Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or any other combinaison of education and experience considered equivalent
- Experience in Operations (Transactional, Financial Markets and/or investments)
- Knowledge of investment products (securities) and/or Canadian information slips
- Solid knowledge of one or more of the systems: R-Broker, GB Fonds, Global Plus or ISM T80
- Advanced Excel level (manipulation of large databases, advanced formulas, etc.
- Strong planning skills, ability to work on several deliverables and meet strict deadlines
- Analytical skills and structured work
- A sense of autonomy and strong initiative
