A career as a Senior Advisor Transformation and Analytics in the Financial Markets Operations sector at National Bank means working in an environment focused on collaboration, transformation and innovation. Your job
- Contribute to and/or take charge of the delivery of business initiatives by operationalising, simplifying or automating Financial Markets operational processes
- Determine business needs, manage impacts on Financial Markets operations and recommend the most optimal solutions
- Play a key role in data governance and intelligence
- Roll out technological solutions by demonstrating a culture of autonomy and initiative
- Be comfortable communicating with it stakeholders to ensure that business needs are aligned with the solution
Your team
Within the Strategy and Business processes sector, you are part of a team of 15 Senior Advisors and you will report to the Data and Transformation team leader of the Income and Corporate Action team. Prerequisites
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or other quantitative field and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
- Experience in project management, it project delivery and agile methodology
- Experience in modelling, statistical analysis and the use of large volumes of data.
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, GIT)
- Programming experience (Python, Java)
