A career as a Senior Advisor Global Mobility in the Labour Law, Mergers & Aquisitions (HR), and Global Mobility team at National Bank means acting as a resource person for global mobility programs. Proficiency in mobility programs, your ability to support your internal partners and service providers, your organisational skills and experience managing multiple files will have a positive impact on the global mobility experience for employees and your colleagues. Your days will be varied and you will be exposed to innovative situations and projects that have an impact on the Bank and its business lines.
Your job
- Advise business lines and execute files on global mobility (international workers, work from anywhere, Canadian work permits, business projects in our international offices).
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders on Global Mobility files.
- Prepare and present Global Mobility documents, analyses and reports.
- Monitor and propose simplified work methods and programs to improve the employee experience.
You are part of a team of four colleagues in the Human experience and Performance sector and will report to the Senior Manager - Labour Law, Mergers & Acquisitions (HR), and Global Mobility. Our team of lawyers specialising in labour law and experts in global mobility stands out for its professionalism and its desire to offer impactful support to our managers and employees. The files you will participate in will be varied and the situations you will be exposed to will require you to be creative and agile.
Since we interact with our international offices, you will need to adjust your schedule occasionally to receive calls outside normal business hours.

Prerequisite
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 five years of experience in managing files in global mobility or international employment law.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, more specifically be able to perform analyses and reports in Excel and design and update SharePoint pages
- Conversational proficiency (spoken and written) in English and French is required, as we work with our international offices on a regular basis
- You are a resourceful person who demonstrates good judgement and likes to make connections between different concepts.
