A career as a Senior Advisor in Capital Management and Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) in the Internal Audit - Credit, International and Corporate team is a unique opportunity to gain a cross‑functional understanding of the Bank and to work in an environment that encourages you to push your limits while building strong relationships with colleagues across multiple sectors.

We independently assess and provide advice on the effectiveness of controls across a wide range of processes, from governance to execution, including IT components, notably those related to credit risk management (Corporate and Retail), model management, capital management and ICAAP, corporate lending management, payment activities management, foreign subsidiaries management, electronic services management, information technology management, and project management.

Your Role

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders involved in audited processes
  • Participate in audit engagements using an agile approach
  • Identify risks that could have significant impacts on the processes under review (effectiveness and optimization) and define the audit strategy, considering the use of data analytics as a tool to achieve audit objectives
  • Analyze identified issues and determine their root causes in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Contribute to the drafting of audit reports
  • Perform regular and rigorous follow‑up on the progress of action plans developed following internal audit work and regulatory authority reviews, ensuring high‑quality documentation
  • Act as a coach or subject‑matter resource for colleagues
  • Participate in committees or special projects requiring a high level of expertise and represent the Bank with various organizations, bodies, or stakeholders
  • Contribute to the implementation of innovative initiatives in the field of internal audit

Your Team

Within the Internal Audit department, you will be part of a team of 22 colleagues and report to the Senior Director. Prerequisite

  • University certificate with 9 years of relevant experience OR a bachelor’s degree related to the field with 6-7 years of relevant experience OR a related master’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in risk management, external or internal audit, ideally in areas related to regulatory and economic capital management (ICAAP), Basel regulation (the three pillars), and IFRS 9
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments and managing multiple files simultaneously
  • Demonstrated leadership, strong partnership skills with stakeholders, and the ability to influence
  • Ability to solve complex problems and demonstrate innovation
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to form sound diagnoses
