As a Senior Advisor, Capacity Management in the Business Process Performance and Evolution team at National Bank, you’ll work with the Operations Payments and Operations Personal Banking teams by using your expertise to help improve their performance and efficiency.

Your role

  • Be an expert advisor on capacity management for the Vice-Presidents
  • Use your influence for capacity management and make sure stakeholders buy in
  • Make recommendations in planning management to increase the productivity of teams
  • Support managers with their teams’ performance and give them specialized advice; variance of volumes, productivity, etc.
  • Ensure the development of existing work processes, practices and services in the professional domain
  • Establish and set up the necessary activities and documentation (SharePoint/Confluence)
  • Ensure the expert coaches are engaged and provide coaching to them
  • Implement action plans with managers to increase productivity
  • Provide support and development in capacity management for managers
  • Diagnose the current situation and implement permanent corrections

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 6 years of relevant experience, or a completed master's degree in a related field plus 4 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to influence and motivate various stakeholders
  • Analytical, synthesis, and communication skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Relevant experience in productivity management
  • Experience planning and organizing work based on volume, resources, and priorities
