As a Senior Advisor in the Capital Markets Business Strategy team at National Bank, you will play a pivotal role in the elaboration of the campus recruitment strategy for the sector. Responsible for meeting the recruitment needs of interns for the Capital Markets sector teams across Canada, you will need to develop relationships with educational institutions and students. In this role, you will also collaborate with various internal partners and improve the intern experience within the Capital Markets sector. Your Job
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with universities, using a business development and long-term brand positioning approach
- Lead the national internship recruitment strategy for Capital Markets, aligned with business priorities
- Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and business needs, and recommend innovative initiatives
- Track key performance indicators to optimize events, channels, and recruitment efforts; represent National Bank at university events
- Play a key role in the evolution of campus recruitment practices, including the development of tools and the enhancement of the end-to-end recruitment process
- Deliver a distinctive candidate experience, from job posting through offer acceptance
- Act as a coach and mentor to more junior team members
Your Team
This position is based in Montreal, more specifically within the Business Strategy team in Capital Markets. You will report to the Director, Campus Recruitment and University Relations. You will oversee daily business operational functioning of recruitment events and processes and ensure efficiency and optimal workflows.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- Experience in recruitment and partnership development is required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Strong strategic mindset, attention to detail, proactivity, and high agility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Knowledge of Capital Markets is an asset
- Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, is required
